Buying my brand new truck with Chris Cocoran was a 5 star experience! He was very professional & knowledgeable about the truck we were buying, in addition too he listened to the wants & needs we were looking for in buying a truck that fit our family perfectly. He made us feel like part of his family during this time and really put a personal touch of care, concern & comfort into our buying experience. I just wish the service department had the same set of standards... being put on hold for 38 minutes & hung up on twice, while making 4 phone calls in total to the service department is beyond frustrating. It took 2 different servicemen to help me with making an appointment & returning a call back to me over a two day span, before I got the help I was seeking through them about warranty work I needed done. When I did get that call back I was told that the 1st person helping us failed to do his job because “he’s too busy & loaded with work to remember to call us back, let alone help us schedule an appointment “. That is not something you typically would hear in customer service. I understand being busy, but not following through with helping your customers, was disappointing..

Great service center. Friendly staff; free coffee and popcorn. Nice and cozy waiting area. They clearly have a ton of customers, so make sure to schedule your maintenance and expect delays. They offer free wifi, so the extra wait is probably not that bad, knowing that we all come armed with cellphones, tablets or even laptops (yes! you could work remotely from the waiting area).

3. All the airbag (AB) systems are Supplemental Restraint Systems.
